Coachbuilt Whisky

Nose: Smokier than I anticipated, fresh zingy pineapple, some milk chocolate notes. Palate: Baking spices, mixed berry jam, a touch of chocolate. The smoke starts to develop. Finish: Vanilla shortbread for days. The smoke lingers but it's more sweetened and fragrant like a BBQ sauce.

Fruit, peppery, faint woodyness. Hint of peat. Not overly complex. Pleasant.
