Cocchi Rosa Americano

An off-dry vermouth crafted with a blend of Moscato d’Asti, Brachetto & Malvasia that is infused with botanicals such as: Saffron, Vanilla, Rose Petals, Ginger, Quinine, Rhubarb, Artemisia, Star Anise, Achillea, Juniper, Gentian, Cocoa, Bitter Orange, Camphor, Rosemary, Sandal, Musk, Myrrh, Nutmeg, Quassia & Mace before being bottled at 16.5% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, wood, herbs & spices; while a complex & off-dry life led to a long & bitter-sweet death. December 2017 - January 2018

I'm a sucker for anything aperol-ish and this blows aperol away. The botanicals and the depth and complexity of the flavor. I enjoy on ice and topped off with sparkling water, and would never use aperol that way. Just do it!

More restrained than a vermouth with more depth of flavor than many aperitifs. Delicious.
