Cockspur is a company that was founded in 1880s, the midst of the Barbados rum boom, by Danish seafarer Danieal Hanschell. While most high proof rums hit the 150 mark with some aging, Cockspur Overproof rests at 130. It’s clear and bottled straight off the still with no maturation.
