A balanced, gin from Scotland's Isle of Colonsay, by Finlay & Eileen Geekie. Made with a simple but robust selection of botanicals including juniper, Angelica Root, Calamus Root & Coriander. It has an aromatic birth with notes of bright, oily juniper & pine; while an earthy & root-y life added notes of calamus & ginger, coriander seeds; that led to a sweet death of medium length with a touch of citrus & orange peel.
