Copper and Cask

Bottled nov 2022 60% corn 36% rye 4% barley 112.8 proof. This bottle has been open for a week. One pour left in the bottle. The first 2 pours were heavy leather flavor. Now the bottle has mellowed and you get caramel and vanilla. I like the heat.

Single barrel WS-3. Caramel, c and higher alcohol. Flavor is vanilla and caramel with a decent oak flavor that isn't overdone.

Punches way above it weight. Definitely feel the heat of the high proof but well worth having on the shelf for the price.
