Copper & Cask Cognac-Cask Finished Whiskey

This is a crazy whiskey! Aroma: honey, cacao, cinnamon, red fruit with a hint of white grape Taste: initially different from the aroma. Milk chocolate, very sweet on the front and takes a right turn on the mid palette with it being cinnamon candy almost like red hots. Finish is a lingering cinnamon that lasts for a long while. Overall: there is a lot going on, very unique and very complex. Not something I would drink frequently as it is more dessert forward but something that would be a lot of fun to share

Chocolate bomb! Almost cocoa upon first taste with a beautiful rich finish. A definite dessert bourbon for me.

Distinct dessert Canadian whisky, nose and palate. Nougat, vanilla. Cognac slightly arrives in finish.
