Strong rose flavor but married with a bunch of great botanicals. Great in a G&T if you're looking for a new flavor. Apple Brandy makes this a much sweeter gin than you normally expect.
About this bottle
The History of Lovers Rose Gin is made from a base of 100% apple brandy. Rose hips, rose water, sweet orange, tangerine, lime & pink grapefruit peels, jasmine & lavender petals, coriander, pink peppercorns, and licorice root along with the requisite juniper berries are macerated in an apple brandy low-wine. Next the distillate goes through vapor-distillation with rose hips and pink grapefruit peels in the basket. Then the distilled gin is quickly macerated with rose hips, hibiscus petals, and strawberry juice concentrate giving it a natural pink hue.

Floral and candy like. Nose reminds me of rose potpourri.
