Copper Still Single Barrel Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Nosing it reveals a light dark sweetness (think caramel or brown sugar), vanilla, cinnamon and clove. On the pallet you’re immediately met with non challenging vanilla, cinnamon and caramel notes all in a medium body whiskey with a light finish of leather and oak.

Easy on the nose with hints of caramel, vanilla and citrus. Smooth easy to drink, at first a hint of smoke then the warmth and a little leather. It finishes sweet with vanilla, and orange.

Rye version makes a perfect old fashioned.
