Crown Royal Regal Apple

During this holiday season, I have had the wonderful opportunity to try several different things and Crown Royal Apple is one of the more divisive liquids in the group. My dad and a few others did not like it at all. While I and some others liked it but it is easy to drink too much of this and be done with it. Now when I first drank this neat it was very nice with the apple flavor mixing well with the whiskey and when ice is added it made the drink even better. I have not mixed this with anything but I have read and heard from friends that it does mix very well and the sweetness is reduced a great deal. I do not like this as much as the Birddog Peach but this is a nice flavored whiskey and by the time I finished drinking a few drinks of this I was not enjoying the sweetness if you know someone that likes apple-flavored things they will most likely enjoy this. Always enjoyed this as something different. I enjoy this one many different ways. Neat, OTR, mixer with sprite. Excellent spring and summer drink. Low proof and very sweet. I find it quite enjoyable. Its nothing complex, just a sweet and smooth apple whiskey. Has been very easy to find and hope it does not discontinue. Found from 20 - 30$ in my area.

On the palate and nares I get hmmmm hard to pick out the fruit. Yup, a green jolly rancher. That’s it. And then on the palate it’s like 3 muddled sugar cubes. It’s a very complex whiskey. How are the ratings so high 🤣🤣 P.s. tried neat in the hotel room in NOLA from a mini as a gag gift to the brother in law but also…. Had to rate it

Slightly artificial flavored, but in all, one of the best green apple flavored whiskeys out there, adecuate proce for the equivalent experience. Straight is good, but I would personally mix it with relatable flavors to activate more of the citrusy taste.

This is suuuuuper complex. The only smell is apple Jolly Rancher. It’s slightly more varied taste wise: it tastes like sugar, alcohol and apple Jolly Rancher. 🤣 this is actually gross. Cloying and syrupy. Savor it Tam.

A very sweet and crisp apple. The apple not only rests on the tip of your tongue, but also travels it's way back as well, making for a full apple flavor. More apple notes than Jack Daniel's Apple.
