A balanced, Single Malt Scotch Whisky by the Dalmore Distillery in Highlands, Scotland distilled in 2001 & was moved to a sherry cask in June 2015 before being bottled in Spring 2018 with only 180 bottles produced. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted coffee beans, Jaffa cakes, orange peel, dark chocolate, sherry, herbs, spices, caramel, cardamom, fudge & black pepper; while a balanced life adds notes of fruits, orange, apricot, almond, leather, cinnamon & ginger; that led to a rich & complex death of medium length with notes of port, wood, tobacco, smoke, tannins & clove.
