DASH Vodka's distillery, located in Brookshire, Texas, is owned and operated by Master distiller Ali Ansari, founder of Limited Spirits LLC and DASH Vodka. It houses a custom-designed, handcrafted copper pot still from Scotland and a fully automated bottling line. Dash's vodkas are made using organic wheat, sun-roasted Thomson raisins, and traditional fermentation and distillation processes. Dash's Traditional Vodka is distilled seven times and finished with purified mineral water that has been filtered through crushed coconut shells, plate filtered, and micro-oxygenated.
