Distilled in copper pot stills in Autumn by the family of Paciano Cruz Nolasco to share in the celebration of Dia de los Muertos. It is crafted from 100% mature agave Espadin & bottled at 45% ABV. Nose of minerality, concrete, earth, wood, bitter greens, metal and smoky agave. On the palate dry, mineral and very earthy with pepper, wood, smoke and a little citrus and apple.
Tropical fruits, pepper, gentle smoke. Not petroly like other Mezcals.
It’s just ok. Smoky and earthy, hints of mineral.
