This bottling represents the first core single malt whiskey released by Dingle after several batch releases in its initial years. The single malt is crafted from 100% malted barley and is triple distilled, aged for 6-7 years in a combination of ex-bourbon (39%) and PX sherry casks (61%). It is bottled unfiltered at 46.3% ABV. The flagship Dingle Single Malt Whiskey debuted in Ireland and other markets like China, France, Germany, and the UK in May 2021, followed by a US launch in December 2022, with a suggested retail price of $100. The brand updated its core single malt in 2025 to include a blend of ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso, and ex-Pedro Ximenez casks.
