Let sit for about a minute. 👀: Pale wheat with golden notes; 👃: Sour notes from the rye, mild caramel; 👅: Immediate baking spices with pepper, honey notes, typical rye funkiness, sweetness from the rum cask definitely evident; 🏁: Lingering taste, sweetness abounds, doesn't have the bite of a young rye but rather the mellowness.

Smooth and mellow. I love Rye finished this way. My favorite, sadly is made anymore. However this is a good replacement.
Very full and rounded. Better with a splash of water.
The rum sweetness complements the rye spice nicely
