Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask French Toasted

Spice hits up front immediately followed by sweet vanilla mid palate and slight charred oak on finish that lingers a bit. Very smooth and slightly heavy mouthfeel. Very good drink. Would order again.

It's a little hot up front. It's got notes of vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch. Nice and balanced
