Spicy and well rounded. Tasted the pear or apple or whatever that was. It was at the end. It was ok, but I’d rather choose a different Rye. Their other stuff is better.
Starts with a peppery spice and then goes to a sugary sweet from the rum casks. It was okay neat... I will use it for old fashioneds, where it does very well.
I like it I don’t love it I probably wouldn’t buy it again but it is definitely worth a one time purchase
