Quintessential alpine amaro with some pleasant menthol notes. But this one does not veer too far down the minty path and has a great caramel base with some orangepeel and subtle rhubarb. Combines the best of different amaro styles.
I love this amaro. Slightly alpine in nature without veering too far down the mint path. Sweet cola base. Crazy as it may sound, I am picking up some big time bubblegum notes on this pour.
A great alpine amaro with some sweet bubblegum and licorice and bitter rhurbarb notes to complement the classic menthol character.
