Double Mountain Hopped Whiskey is made in collaboration with Double Mountain Brewery which is also located in Hood River, Oregon like the distiller Hood River Distillers. The whiskey is made from 100% corn and it is infused with Cascade and Apollo hops. The whiskey is finished with Oregon oak and bottled at 82 proof.

Aroma is super hoppy as you'd expect, lots of pine tree. Flavor is just as sharp as the aroma, acetone, pine needles, hops, and green. Tastes super artificial, and much closer to bad aquavit than whiskey. I kinda hate it. Original at least.
The hops infusion gives it a fruity taste.
