Eau Claire Distillery Cherry Gin

Something pretty special. Eau Claire continues to impress with their innovation and quality. This is a delicious sipper on ice or a mixer in a Cherry Gin Collins. Medium viscosity, nice mouthfeel, cherry dominates on the nose (no duh!!) and tames down on the palate to allow for the juniper and other botanicals to get their 5 seconds of fame. delish.

Not a good gin. There are many better gins being made in Alberta and abroad.
