Very easy to sip. Subtle nose and flavor. Soft. Notes of cocoa powder with baking spices in the background. Then butterscotch.

About this bottle
This El Dorado rum was distilled in 2006 in the only operational wooden Coffey column still (also called EHP Wooden Still after Edward Henry Porter, the original owner of the Enmore Sugar Plantation). Using Guyanese molasses, it was produced in the original and last surviving still from the Enmore Sugar Estate. It was aged for 12 year in oak and bottled at 40% ABV.
