Reminded me of a Barrell bourbon with less burn. Neck pour had an off putting flavor. After it opened up, very dangerous... no burn but a slight hug. Oak dominate with weaker Heaven Hill notes that follow. I'll have to let this one open up to see how it evolves. A good sipper for a proof hound. Compared to Barrell a better deal with an all in cost of $86 compared to Barrell in my area running $95-106.
