This reminded me of Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon, as it has the same bread / dough notes. Unfortunately I didn't like this one nearly as much, as there is a strong acidic taste in there that throws it off a bit.
About this bottle
Ella Jones is a straight bourbon made by The Family Jones. The Denver distillery uses all-Colorado grains, with a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. The pot distilled bourbon is bottled at 94 proof and aged for approximately three years in full-size charred (char #3) new American oak. Released in May 2020, this is their first self-distilled bourbon.

Fine for a mixer. Nothing special as to flavor to set it apart, but also clean enough to sip.
I tried a 64.4% ABV barrel pick. It was sweet, due to it being 75% corn, which I like.
Pretty decent for a micro bourbon. Nuce combo of sweet and spicy.
Not bad for a young in’! Thanks @jdjmad!
Toffee start. Mild heat. Tart finish.
