A rich, Canadian Whisky crafted with premium Canadian Rye by a former Master Blender for Crown Royal. It has an aromatic birth with notes of birthday cake; while a rich life adds notes of vanilla cake, brown sugar, oak, sprinkles & vanilla icing, that leads to a long & rich death in a birthday cake. I may not be a fan of birthday cakes, but Ensign managed to liquefy it into a bottle for those that do! June / September 2022
