Ensign Red Salted Caramel

A rich, Flavored Whiskey from Canada. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of salted caramel that led to a pancake syrup lovers' death of medium length. July 2024

Potent butterscotch and caramel nose. On the palate there’s clearly a base of neutralish whisky, with som salt, bitterness, caramel and butterscotch.

Sweet somewhat like an after dinner liquer but the salty flavor adds a nice balance
