I don’t usually drink flavored whiskey. I much prefer the natural aged stuff but this is damn good. I image with ace and a sprite it be a great beach drink or in the winter warmed through and poured into some Christmas cocktail it would be a damn good glass. 3.5 stars for me.
Smells and tastes similar to the Captain Morgan apple Smash. Very sweet, artificial tasting apple flavor that dominates the whiskey, almost no traditional whiskey flavor except on the finish. Don't recommend as a sipper but could make an interesting cocktail or shot
Apple flavor kind of like sour pucker, little too strong for me, better than cherry but worse than honey
Great fall beverage when added to some warm apple cider.
