Filey Bay Second Release

Not a bad start, lots of potential but lacking in far too many areas. Nice fruity nose, soft on the palate, but a very long spicy finish and very little aftertaste. Really curious to see a proper release with some 10+ years in a cask.

Really not bad quite malty (after 3 pints!) but a harsh aftertaste Addition of water doesn’t alter flavour nice but would be better if aged

Maybe a little floral and little smokey.
