Nose- quintessential Irish, floral with vanilla sugar Body- starts off sweet with oear and vanilla like normal and then boom, maltiness and depth Finish- maltiness leads to notes of dark chocolate and vanilla This is an excellent hallmark Irish.
Impressively smooth. Typical Irish whiskey flavors, though somewhat muted - which undoubtedly accounts for some of the smoothness - butter, cinnamon and old books.
