Fisher's Straight Rye Whiskey

Most bottles get better after the neck pour. This one went in the other direction. I’m trying hard to support this local distillery but, it’s just not working for me - and I love young ryes! Frustrating.

The neck pour was honey and white pepper, not something I usually get from a 95/5 rye. I’m looking forward to this one opening up over time.

Some young ryes are interesting in a good way. This one is just young.
