Sweeter on the nose, with a wood spice. Oily palate, with spicy notes and molasses. Earthy and Peaty finish which lasts. Sherry Cask finish mellowed out the peatiness. I had the opportunity to try this while working a bar event for a client. While im not big on the peaty notes, it was enjoyable.
