Made by the Fair Game Beverage Co. in Pittsboro, North Carolina, this flavored vodka is made with North Carolina-grown tobago pepper also called ají dulce, a smoky, sweet, and mildly hot pepper. They infuse these peppers in an organic soft red wheat vodka which they source from TOPO Distillery in Chapel Hill. Bottled at 80 proof.

Strangely & wonderfully unique. Like a mouthful of red & green bell peppers. Strong pepper flavor but very mild & drinkable in terms of heat / hotness of pepper. Definitely good for bloody Mary mix but I don't like that drink.
