Nose- a deep caramel, some burnt orange and heavy barrel char. Ethanol was almost non existentaftwr 20 minutes of rest Taste- initial hit of sweetness, burnt sugars and caramel bun. Followed by wet oak and a grassy note that reminds me of a high rye bourbon. Nice spice level to boot. Really well balanced and drinks below its proof Finish- long finish with baking spice, orange zest, cinnamon rolls and barrel influence lingering Thoughts: so damn good. Killer balance of sweet and spicy with just the right amount of oak influence

Nose: strong, supple oak, spiced cherry, rye spice Taste: immediate cherry and rye spice, a wallow of oak, not as sweet as it smells. A splendid ride of flavors, changing and hitting different parts of your mouth and tongue in different ways Finish: a long and pleasant finish, with competing and complex flavors of caramel oak and rye with black pepper

Great stuff, a Little hot at 124 proof, does well with water.
