Nose is pure sherry, raisins and grape skins Palate is sweet, smooth, fruity and wine forward. Its good but not spectacular. Finish is surprisingly lenghty and dries up a bit. It's much less oaky than other Spanish brandies I've tried. It's fruitiness is more reminiscent of a VS cognac. Probably will be my go to brandy for cocktails and cooking instead of the Torres 10.
