About this bottle
Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas, has released its first Bottled-in-Bond bourbon. This is the first legal whiskey distillery in Texas since Prohibition. The bourbon was distilled in the fall of 2019 using grains grown in Texas and proofed with rainwater from the Hill Country. It matured for six years under the intense Texas Hill Country sun before being bottled at 100 proof. It first became available at the distillery in February 2026, with wider distribution commencing in March 2026. The suggested retail price is $99.99.
