Nose: Sweet, with hints cinnamon, makes me think of cinnamon brown sugar on toast. Tons of vanilla! Palate: A nice sweetness brings in the strong notes of vanilla and a creaminess that's really nice. Finish: The creaminess continues but now reminds me of a heavy cream with cinnamon sprinkled on top like a nice cup of hot chocolate. Oddly specific I know.

Let’s just say I am glad a buddy gave me a sample of this because I would be pretty disappointed spending $300 on this sub par bourbon. It taste like most of GB’s offerings but with even more oak and with a very drying finish that I find present with a lot of Texas Bourbon’s. Unfortunately, this is just another overpriced release from GB…….
Pleasant sweet vanilla nose. A little spice but smooth. Not as sweet on the palate as the nose and a lot of oak and leather on the after taste. Very good, but not great.
Raisins , cream, vanilla oak baking spice
Also really enjoy this one.
