Gate Eleven Rye

Nose of rye of course, with notes of pear, mint, vanilla and cherry. Spicy on the palate, pepper, rye, charred oak and vanilla. Very short bitter and peppery finish, but peppery spice lingers on the top of the tongue.

Worth trying just for fun, but this tastes young with a significant burn. If you are at the Chattanooga Choo Choo where this originates, you are probably better off walking across the street to Chattanooga Whiskey.
