This non-alcoholic beverage was designed to replicate an apéritif from the Mediterranean. Ingredients used include riesling grape concentrate, yuzu juice, as well as gentian root, lemon balm, elderflower, ginger, rosemary and orange peel extracts among others. No added sugars or artifical flavors. Recommended serve is one part Ghia and one part bubbly mixer.
