Very light, citus, a little floral, light pine and juniper on the back end. While relatively low in alcohol (but still above 40% abv), I got no ethanol at all. Dangerously smooth. I wouldnt call this a dry gin, but more modern. Reminds me of The Botanist, but much better.
Just OK. Juniper on the nose, tastes neither particularly dry nor particularly botanical. Cute box and distinctive bottle. Makes a better martini than Negroni
Bitter juniper upfront, can taste pine after, hits with alcohol in the back and aftertaste. This is not an overly pleasant gin to sip.
Interesting Gin, aromatic complexity but, the palate doesn’t seem to deliver the promise, although it is tasty and easy to drink.
