Glencadam Réserve de Sauternes

Nose: Floral, pears, light honey, caramelised pineapple. It's light but inviting. Palate: Delicate, dried stone fruit like apricot or perhaps mango, milk chocolate creeps in, some oak towards the back. Finish: Short but quite dry, stewed apples prominent. Notes: It's very light and approachable. Perhaps a nice entry into the style.

Macadamia nut and pineapple syrup. Sweet smelling, with a fruity palette. Citrus notes with a slight spice at the end.
