This bottle may be pricey but it's worth the cost of admission. I'm a fan of Redbreast and found this to almost be the more refined and smooth version. There's depth in the nose and palate and it's dangerously smooth. I got some hints of oak not it's not over done and lends itself well to the overall taste profile.
Refined. Very refined, in fact, that you know you are drinking an expensive drink. Fresh, fruity, and well balanced. Slight spiciness at the end from the Mizunarra. Beautiful whiskey. Would reach for it anytime it is available.
Amazing whiskey, vanilla, exotic fruits, pineapple and coconut. Another flavour in there that lingers and is so hard to place, but it's got to be the mizunara. Beautiful whiskey.
Nose: yuzu, lime, strawberry Palate: moderate heat, fruity on the front, a moderately long finish Mouthfeel: slightly oily, light bodied. Amazing whisky. Fantastic.
Dramfest 2020. Nice drop but I tried after the Anrut range, Chairman's reserve, Kadhambam and Naarangi and so didnt really stand a chance.
