I'm not getting the promised spices and neither the promised earthiness and woodiness to be honest, a certain sweetness and fruitiness still persists as it does with all the seasonal Glendalough gins, probably the most junipery out of all four but overall still pretty airy and light.

About this bottle
This gin is the first winter expression in Glendalough distillery's seasonal gin series. Distilled in a Holstein copper still, it includes seasonally available botanicals like Ceylon cinnamon, bog myrtle, hawthorn, licorice, fennel, and others mostly hand-picked and foraged from the Wicklow mountains that surround the distillery. It is bottled at 41% ABV.
