Glenfiddich Our Bourbon Barrel Reserve Fourteen is an updated bottle and name for the brand's flagship 14 Year single malt. The single malt scotch whisky remains the same as previous bottles with the whisky having matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels for 14 years. The whisky is then finished in charred new American oak barrels to add another level of complexity. The new design hits shelves in the UK and US beginning June 2019.

Nose: lots of vanilla, cinnamon, caramelized brown sugar. A little Citrus and nice crisp apple. Palate: smooth, wood spice and very gentle oak tannin. Candied orange peel, vanilla, light caramel. Finish: medium long, initial oak tannin fades to a warm, sweet malt and baking spice
Nose: rich fruitiness, vanilla, banana, Palate: definitely get the new oak. A bit harsh. Very bourbony. Light cinnamon, good chewy malt. Finish: oak spice.
Found this bottle years ago at Costco. Forgot I had it. Sweet caramel, smooth with added peet from the scotch. Great change up from every day bourbon.
Smooth finish. Looses it's single malt bite a bit. Very nice, tastes much more like an American bourbon though
