Glenglassaugh 2011 6 Year Old Bramble Whisky Company

Evokes: getting curled up under a wool blanket in front of the fire with the lit Christmas tree and a doggo at my feet. Lovely soft peat with a gentle finish. Only 376 bottles were made, so sadly we can’t add this to our collection but I’ll definitely keep my eyes out for future bottles!

Very Smokey but well balanced. Rich bold flavour. Chocolate, spicy. Water mellows it out, but I prefer the bolder side.
