Unfortunately, no information about this grappa was found on any Italian or even international website. From the label, it is known that the distillate comes from Cabernet grape pomace (it can be Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc). It would probably be made from Cabernet Sauvignon, because This grape is common in Italy. Sensory: Clear, translucent, aromatic, floral, herbal, fruity, varnish notes, spiced touch, alcohol, sugar and acidity are balanced, long finish.
