Unfortunately, no information about this grappa was found on any Italian or even international website. From the label, it is known that the distillate comes from Pinot grape pomace (it can be Pinot Nero or Pinot Grigio). As it is very aromatic, it would probably be made from Pinot Nero. Sensory: Clear, translucent, intense aromas, floral, herbal, fruity, pleasant touch of varnish, alcohol, sugar and balanced acidity, long-lasting finish.
