nice for cocktails, better than a sloe in my opinion (less medicinal) but pretty tomato juice looking.
This liqueur uses Greenhook Ginsmiths' American Dry Gin as its base and macerates Beach Plums in it for seven months. A small amount of Turbinado sugar is added and the product is bottled at 30% ABV. Beach plums, a rare wild plum, are native to the eastern coast of the US and Greenhook sources theirs from Long Island, New York. This is made in the style of Sloe Gin which is also made with plums (sloe berries are a type of plum).
