About this bottle
Guillon-Painturaud was established in 1610 and is a family-owned and operated grower/producer. After harvest, the grapes are pressed, fermented, and twice-distilled on the lees. Aged for the first six months in new, Tronçais French oak and then transferred to Limousin oak. Their Hors d'Age bottling is an average of 30 years maturation. Un-chillfiltered, there is no coloring, additives, or boise added.
