Hampden Estate Great House (Distillery Edition 2021)

Compared to the 2020, this is less industrial and has more of a light barnyard funk, with more fruity notes. There's some spice in there, with the typical brown sugar, and a little custard. Compared to other Hampdens, this is probably a little more up the alley of those who like whiskey and Bajan rums, although it still manages to be distinctly Jamaican.

Intense. Great balance of fruit, spice, and massive funk. Like eating a pineapple with honey while roaming a cow pasture, in the best way imaginable.
