Heaven Hill Select Stock Toasted Barrel

Raisins and oak on the nose. Alcohol and oak overwhelm the palate, I added some water and it opened up significantly. With a little water, caramel and oak on the plate. Short finish, starts with oak and dissipates quickly.

Dark copper in color N - vanilla, sweet P - medium thick mouthfeel, spicy orange, F - short dry finish, spice, I think I need to school myself on these flavors… not pulling the toast
