About this bottle
The newest (at time of writing in late 2015) line from the Hellyers Road brand, the Hellyers Road Port Cask is a limited edition run with ten casks produced. While nine of the casks will find their way into the Port Cask bottles, one of the casks found its way into a batch of the Hellyers Road Saint Valentines Peak Limited edition run. The cask is a French Oak Australian ex-port cask, and the whisky follows Hellyers Roads norm of being non-chill filtered.
