The gin tastes cooling, very different from the usual Hendrick's gin. I get a flavor of grapefruit, and you could experiment with subbing it for pamplemousse liqueur in cocktails like The Monarch from Food & Wine.
It has grapefruit, but not overwhelmingly so. There are lots of herbal notes, too. This is a solid edition to the cabinet of curiosities.
Bright citrus and flowers nose with an herbal tang. Creamy palate with lots of citrus but not too sweet. Satisfying herbal finish.
